Magickal Theorems

  1. Magick is the directing of Power through Will.
  2. A magickal object contains Power but lacks Will.
  3. Power comes from Belief.
    1. The more you Believe, the more Power that practice has.
    2. The more people Believe in something, the more it affects the world as a whole.
  4. When Ritual is defined as ceremonial repetition, Rituals have Power, even without Belief.
  5. Any object that has Power can be used for that power.
    1. The Power contained by an object will color the Magick that object is used in.
    2. Aside from the stipulation of 5.1, Power can be channeled any way the user Wills.

Toastomantic Theorems

  1. Many people eat toast.
  2. People who eat toast do so habitually.
People who eat toast have a set of preferences they consistently employ when creating toast
When creating toast, people employ a set procedure which they have refined over time
When someone creates toast differently from their normal preference, they must consciously make that choice
  3. As habit is another term for ritual (Magickal Theorem 4), toast is a magickally-imbued object.
  4. Therefore, many people habitually create and then consume magickal objects.
  5. As magickal objects contain Power (MT 2), someone can perform Magick by exercising Will while eating toast (MT 1).
